Why it is important to work on your mental health?

To survive in this world you need many things like – Money, Job, Education, Food, Family, Supporter, Lover, and so many other things etc.

What if you have all of these things except good mental health, and peaceful mind. Then what will you do?
⦁ Those people who already have their favourite lover/partner facing problems like – lack of communication, or it can be misunderstanding.
⦁ Those people who has their favourite job facing some working issues like – It may be work load, maybe he is unable to manage his work on time, maybe he is getting confuse in his schedule.
⦁ Some students are very good in study but, getting confuse in Career choice like – what to choose, what not to choose, what is suitable for them etc.
⦁ Some people are very brave but, somewhere they have Fear and Phobia in their mind and brain.


⦁ Some people are very confident, they can give their presentation without any preparation, they are always ready to go but, all of a sudden they forget everything, they face Stress and Anxiety, even they does not know what is happening with them.
⦁ Some students want to study but – they are unable to study. Maybe they are facing understanding problem.They study but, forget everything, they have memory problem, they try to focus but, get distract easily.
⦁ Some people are very good in talking, has good personality but – they have anger issues, sometimes they get angry without any reason, most of the time they does not know the reason but, there is reason of getting angry only he do not know that time.
⦁ Some people have different personality, they are very fun loving person. They try to be happy and loves to make others happy too. It does not mean they does not have feelings, they does not get hurt. May be that person is in depression.

Where is problem there is solution. There is no problem which has no solution in this world. All you need to find a Therapist/Counsellor for you.Who will guide you in your tough moments.
