• these terms and conditions outline the professional relationship, responsibilities, and expectations between me and you by engaging in therapy sessions, you agree to these terms.

2. confidentiality

  • all sessions are confidential and information shared will not be disclosed without your consent, expect : 1. if required by law – danger to self or others, child or elder abuse, when subpoenaed by a court, in case of supervision or consultation, where your anonymity is maintained.

3. fees and payment

  • session fees – 1000
  • payment is due in the end of the session
  • accepted payment methods – google pay

4. cancellations and missed appointments

  • appointments canceled with less than 24/48 hours notice will be charged.
  • missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

5. scope and practice

  • therapy sessions are intended for emotional, mental, or psychological support.
  • therapists are not medical doctors and do not provide medical diagnoses or prescribe medications.

6. termination of services

  • Either party may terminate services with prior notice.
  • The therapist may terminate services in cases of non-compliance, non-payment, or if therapy is no longer deemed beneficial.

7. emergencies

  • Therapy sessions are not suitable for crisis situations.

8. rights and responsibilities

  • you have the right to confidentiality, respect, and a safe therapeutic environment.
  • you are responsible for attending sessions on time and being honest in your communication.

9. limitation of liability

  • The therapist is not liable for any outcomes outside the therapeutic context or any decisions you make based on sessions.

10. consent

  • by starting therapy, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
