
What is Therapy – Therapy is a working with a professional therapist who address you distress, psychological, emotional, and behavioural challenges which you face in your daily life. It provides a Safe, Secure, Emotional Space for client to describe their emotion easily without any hesitation. It can be your Feelings, Thoughts, and Experiences. It helps you to improve your Mental Health, Relationship, and over all Well-Being.

Types of Therapy

CBT – Congnitive Behavioural Therapy. We focus on clients behaviour. We share some negative parts in their behaviour to change them or work on them to make it more polite, and tell them When, Where, and How to change it.

Family Therapy – In Family Therapy we offer therapy to complete family not individual. We listen to them carefully, try to uncover their problem, find out solutions related to their problem. We provide therapy to complete family at the same time.

Psychotherapy – In Psychotherapy we address on individual. Client share their problem than we figure it out with which problem he is suffering from. We tell them e.g. – Anger is your problem, because of anger you were facing those problem, you have to work on it. Than we will share some techniques to overcome on your anger, how to reduce it, how to calm yourself, when you get angry what you should do and what you should not to do.

Relationship – In relationship issue we tackle with couple. It can be any type of couple like – Husband – Wife, Boyfriend – Girlfriend, Best friends etc. We give therapy to couple at the same time. We figure out their problem and find their solution and tell them, how can they solve their relationship issues whatever they were suffering from.

Physical and Occupational Therapy – We found out their health issues and functional challenges related to their health. We provide them therapy related to health which helps them to overcome form the health challenges.

Creative Therapy – In Creative Therapy we offer some Art therapy, Music Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Drama to process and express their emotions.

Positive re-inforcement – In Positive re-inforcement we give reward to our client when they do something good and it can be anything. It helps them to increase their positive behaviour.
Negative re-inforcement – In Negative re-inforcement we don’t punish them directly we just easily change their negative environment into positive environment.
DBT – Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. In this therapy we teach them how to handle emotions and how they can build their own interpersonal skills.
