fear & phobia both has little difference.
fear is a natural emotional response to a real or perceived threat. it is a survival mechanism that helps us react in danger. for example – you feel afraid while encountering a wild animal is a normal fear.
phobia is an intense, irrational fear of a specific object, situation, or activity that is disproportionate to the actual threat. it often leads to avoidance behaviour and can interfere with daily life. for example – fear of spiders, fear of heights.
